Parkview seeks to make direct investments in small to medium size operating companies whose owners are either looking to sell the business, obtain capital to grow, or are looking to work with a partner that can guide, advise, and assist with their strategic growth plans.
Our operating management teams have a high degree of autonomy and focus on the day-to-day operations of their businesses. When required, we will contribute deep experience and expertise in the following areas: corporate governance, organizational design, senior management compensation structures and plans, strategy development, market and industry analysis, performance improvement, organic and acquisitive growth, financial planning and budgeting, financial structuring and lender negotiations, facility management and expansion plans etc.
We prefer to have our operating management invest alongside us. We also look to partner with other like-minded family offices and investors to pool capital and share ideas and resources when possible.

Parkview invests directly in real estate assets and through trusted partners with thoughtful strategies and ideas. We currently own a portfolio of industrial real estate and have investment interests in both multi-unit residential and boutique hospitality assets.
